Responsibilities:
•Responsible to provide an exceptional experience for every walk-in customer visit and develop proactive personal relationship and to act as an advocate to walk-in customer.
•Responsible for making sure guests are seated in their correct location.
•Must be attentive to guest's needs, have full knowledge of menu as well as to make recommendation (if required)
•Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service.
•Ambassador must be able to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- SPM ( or equivalent ) and above
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and have the motivation to explore new ideas including new job responsibilities.
- Presentable and approachable.

Working Schedule:
11.00pm-7.00pm (8 hours daily)
6 Days / Week
Salary Range:
RM1,200 Basic Salary + Incentive + EPF and SOCSO.
